The marriage of this person needs questioning. See the profile of Thomas Swinford who is currently her only husband. Apparently this person did exist though. She had previously been the wife of Sir Ralph Bassett of Weldon? (But I do not see her in the Bassett of Weldon entries in Complete Peerage.)
